Why are the bags by Pre-Sale only?

Our bags are made to order by a local leather craftsman here in San Diego. For this reason, the quantities and timing of the manufacturing need to be carefully planned and Pre-Order is the best way to achieve this. Quantities are limited and a bag may sell out prior to the final pre-sale date. Please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery as your bag is made to order - your patience will be rewarded :)

What size of essential oil bottles will my bag hold?

We designed the slots using top quality elastic that will hold 15ml, 5ml and 10ml roller bottles (fits both round or square roller bottles). As these bags are handmade, there can be small variations in the fit.

How many bottles will my bag hold?

The number of oil slots varies on the bag design. Please see the detailed description on the product page.

Where are the bags designed and made?

Our bags are designed in Oceanside CA as a collaboration between Oil+Glass and Rais Case, a local purveyor of beautifully designed hand bags They are made to order by a local leather craftsman here in San Diego. 

Do you ship outside the US?

Right now we are only shipping in the U.S. We hope to expand to international shipping as we grow. 

When will my order arrive?

As they are made to order by a local leather craftsman here in San Diego, please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery - your patience will be rewarded :)

What's your shipping policy?

As our bags are made-to-order via PRE-ORDERS, please allow 5-6 weeks for your bag to be delivered. All orders ship via USPS and typically take 3-5 business days in transit. If for any reason your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us immediately via email to oilandglassshop@gmail.com.  Please note we do not cover return shipping.

What's your return policy?

As our bags are made to order, we do not accept returns. If there is a manufacturing defect within the first 60 days of purchase, we will repair and/or replace the item upon inspection.
